Processing and Shipping:


  • The processing period for PRE-ORDERS will take 1-21 business days (Monday-Friday)

  • The processing period for ON HAND items will take 1-4 business days ( Monday - Friday )

  • When ordering during a sale there may be a slight delay in orders keep this in mind.

  •  It will be stated in the description of each product if it’s an preorder or on hand product.

  • We do offer worldwide shipping ( we are located in United States )


Shipping / Transit:


            • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open a claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 

                     •  For international orders, we are not responsible for any custom fees and taxes. These fees are not calculated or applied by Thejsccollection. If you are unsure about the charges, we would recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. 


Reship Fee:


If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address you will be required to pay an reshipment fee via invoice. Your order will not be reshipped until the fee is paid, reshipment fees range from $10-$15 for US, and $40-$50 for international. 

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and Refunds:


    •   Please be advised that cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests may be placed through email. After 24 hours we begin the processing period for your order and cannot allow cancellation afterwards. 
    •    Cancellation requests must be authorized and approved before the order begins its process period. Once your order has begun it’s process period ( After 24 hours ) it may not be canceled under any circumstances.
    •    Please note that Thejsccollection does not issue any refunds nor cancellations ( After 24 hours ) 

    •    Thejsccollection does not issue refunds. Items that do not fit your expectations may be exchanged as long as they are unused, unwashed and intact with all accompanying tags/packaging. 
   •    We only provide return labels if we are at fault ( wrong size sent, wrong color, etc ) if we are not at fault and your correct order was sent YOU will have to cover the return shipping fee. 
   •    Return request are only eligible 48 hours after your order is delivered, after 48 hours you will not be able to request a return/ exchange due to sanitary reasons. Once your return request is approved you have 72 hours to ship back the product(s). 
   •    Once we receive your return we will inspect the product(s) and either approve or disapprove your return, if approved our team will reach out with the next steps for an exchange, if disapproved we will ship back the product(s) the next business day. Give us up to 72 hours to reach out after receiving your return. 
   •    Jewelry cannot be returned under any circumstances. 


Damages, Issues, or Product Unacceptable:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days to do so once you receive your package, once 3 days are up we will not be able to refund/ exchange.


Fraud suspect activity:


If your order is marked as high risk OR if certain details on your order do not match ( EXAMPLE: Your shipping details differ from your card details ) we will have our team reach out to you for verification of your order, you will be given 2 ways to verify your order. If you cannot verify/ prove your order is not fraud within 72 hours your order will be automatically canceled and reported as fraud. We do this to protect our brand from scams and our customers from getting scammed.
